Order Processing & Availability
- All orders are subject to product availability. Items in your cart are not reserved until the order is confirmed.
- If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund.
Estimated Delivery Time
We understand that you’re eager to receive your order. Below is our estimated shipping timeline:
United States Orders

International Orders

Shipping Fees
- United States: Free shipping on all orders.
- International Orders: A flat shipping fee of $5.95 applies.
π« We do not currently ship to U.S. military bases or multiple addresses in a single order.
Order Cut-Off Time & Processing
- Orders placed before 6 PM will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
- If your order hasnβt been shipped yet, it means we are still preparing your package.
- In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.
Taxes & Duties
- We do not collect sales tax on any orders.
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
- KICKVIA.COM does not cover customs duties or taxes in cases where:
- The customer refuses to accept the package.
- Delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
Damaged or Broken Items

Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Shipping Delays & Refunds
- If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- If the shipping status indicates “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
- Check around your property or with neighbors.
- Contact the shipping carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email.

- We are NOT responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, missing, or incomplete shipping details.

NOTE: If you order multiple product styles, your items may arrive in separate packages.
