Order Processing & Availability

  • All orders are subject to product availability. Items in your cart are not reserved until the order is confirmed.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Estimated Delivery Time

We understand that you’re eager to receive your order. Below is our estimated shipping timeline:

United States Orders

International Orders

🚨 Please note that customs clearance and local postal services may occasionally cause minor delays.

Shipping Fees

  • United States: Free shipping on all orders.
  • International Orders: A flat shipping fee of $5.95 applies.

🚫 We do not currently ship to U.S. military bases or multiple addresses in a single order.

Order Cut-Off Time & Processing

  • Orders placed before 6 PM will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, it means we are still preparing your package.
  • In the event of unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Taxes & Duties

  • We do not collect sales tax on any orders.
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.
  • KICKVIA.COM does not cover customs duties or taxes in cases where:
    • The customer refuses to accept the package.
    • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful.

Damaged or Broken Items

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Shipping Delays & Refunds

  • If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • If the shipping status indicates “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
    • Check around your property or with neighbors.
    • Contact the shipping carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email.

  • We are NOT responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, missing, or incomplete shipping details.
